- Rates include all government taxes and breakfast set
- Check in time is 14.00 and Check out time is 12.00
- Early check in and check out is dependant on availability of the Villas – charges may apply
- Only registered guests may reside at the property as guests.
- Any extra person over the number of allowed guest in each villa will be charged 600 THB per person per night
- Airport transfer: THB500 (incl tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
- Baby cot is provided free of charge upon request at the booking
- A 3% fee is to be added on all credit card payments (VISA or MASTERCARD)
- Any Change in the special offers cannot be applied to the previous bookings with other conditions.

For Each booking in Villa Tanamera, the guests residing in the villa gets an included Breakfast set.
Our Breakfast is a Continental Breakfast set which includes:
- 1 Cup of tea or Coffee
- A glass of orange Juice
- 2 Bread toasts with Butter an Jam
- 1 Croissant
- Cereals with milk or yoghurt
Extras will be charged.
No Transportation problem!
Villa Tanamera propose to arrange aiport transfer and Ferry's Piers transfers in a luxury minibus that can accept 7 persons maximum
If you were choosing to book also the return we would give to our guests a 100THB discount
Villa Tanamera also proposes some transfer from the different Samui Ferries Piers
- Airport --> Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways(500.00 THB per trip including taxes).
- Nathon Pier --> Seatran Ferries (1,200.00 THB per trip including taxes).
- Lipa Noi Pier --> Raja Ferries (1,200.00 THB per trip including taxes).
- Big Buddha Beach Pier --> Seatran Discovery Ferries which goes to Koh Phangan, Koh Tao... (only pedestrians).
Villa Tanamera is situated 300 meters away from Big Buddha Beach Pier so we recommend you to take directly a taxi on arrival.
Flight details (flight numbers like "PG..." or "TG..." and time of arrival) or place and time of arrival (for ferries) are requested in order to arrange your transfer. A no show will be charged at the above rates upon arrival according to written proof
