Koh Samui has a wide selection of villas spread all around the island. All tastes are catered for whether it be for the style or size of the villa to the ideal location for your holiday requirements. There has been much development over the last few years in Samui and this means a lot of choice. Development still continues, but due to the size of the island this is normally well spread out and never really has an impact on the existing villas available.

The size of the island also means that there are many different types of area to choose from. While Samui has become more built-up than surrounding islands due to the airport this is only in certain small areas, and really only around Cheweng. This is where the night-life is concentrated, but you would still not notice spending a day on the marvellous beach. This is what the development has been around and this is also mainly for hotels – if you are looking for a villa then the option to keep clear of the more hectic nights out is easy. You can either stay completely clear or if you would still like the option to let your hair down then many villas are available in quite locations but situated near enough to sample the nightlife if the mood takes you.
