• Early check in and check out is dependant on availability of the villas - charges may apply
• Any special requests such as baby cot must be made at time of booking
Booking conditions
Payment: 50% deposit by bank transfer at time of booking with full balance paid in cash within 24 hours of check in
Minimum stay: A minimum duration of 3 days during low season, 5 days during high & peak seasons
Occupancy: Only registered guests may reside at the property as guests. The number of guests staying may not exceed the occupancy stated except in the case of infants
Cancellations: During all seasons, the deposit is non-refundable, no monies will be refunded for early check out
Breakages: One night’s accommodation is charged as a refundable deposit against breakages or items missing from the property
