Villa Rates

• Rates include all government taxes and breakfast set
• Check in time is 14.00 and Check out time is 12.00
• Early check in and check out is dependant on availability of the Villas. Charges may apply
• Only registered guests may reside at the property as guests.
• Any extra person over the number of allowed guest in each villa will be charged 600 THB per person per night
• Airport transfer: THB500 (incl tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
• Baby cot is provided free of charge upon request at the booking
• Rates and conditions may change without prior notice
• A 3% fee is to be added on all credit card payments (VISA or MASTERCARD)

Payments schedule

High and Low Seasons:

• 50% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking
• Balance due on site upon arrival

Peak Season

• 50% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking
• Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellations Conditions

Please note that the following conditions are set due to limited inventory and to reduce bogus reservations.
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Villa Tanamera must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on the date of notification of the cancellation:

30 days or more before arrival date:

• Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by Villa Tanamera reservation department.
• The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period and for the villa initially reserved.

Within 30 days of arrival date:

• All payments are forfeited.
• This cancellation charges also apply if Villa Tanamera cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance in

Peak Season:

• If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
• Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of Villa Tanamera according to availability at the time of change.
• Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the Manager on Koh Samui.

Other

• Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, any differences in published rates between the villas will be applicable and be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made due to limited inventory.
