No Transportation problem!

Villa Tanamera propose to arrange aiport transfer and Ferry's Piers transfers in a luxury minibus that can accept 7 persons maximum

Villa Tanamera also proposes some transfer from the different Samui Ferries Piers

  • Airport --> Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways(500.00 THB per trip including taxes).
  • Nathon Pier --> Seatran Ferries (1,200.00 THB per trip including taxes).
  • Lipa Noi Pier --> Raja Ferries (1,200.00 THB per trip including taxes).
  • Big Buddha Beach Pier --> Seatran Discovery Ferries which goes to Koh Phangan, Koh Tao... (only pedestrians).
    Villa Tanamera is situated 300 meters away from Big Buddha Beach Pier so we recommend you to take directly a taxi on arrival.

Flight details (flight numbers like "PG..." or "TG..." and time of arrival) or place and time of arrival (for ferries) are requested in order to arrange your transfer.
A no show will be charged at the above rates upon arrival according to written proof

Price Policy

Payments schedule

High and Low Seasons:

  • 50% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking
  • Balance due on site upon arrival

Peak Season

  • 50% deposit is required in order to confirm the booking
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival

Cancellations Conditions

Please note that the following conditions are set due to limited inventory and to reduce bogus reservations.
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, Villa Tanamera must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on the date of notification of the cancellation:

30 days or more before arrival date:

  • Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by Villa Tanamera reservation department.
  • The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation, during any period and for the villa initially reserved.

Within 30 days of arrival date:

  • All payments are forfeited.
  • This cancellation charges also apply if Villa Tanamera cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance in

Peak Season:

  • If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
  • Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of Villa Tanamera according to availability at the time of change.
  • Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the Manager on Koh Samui.

Other

  • Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, any differences in published rates between the villas will be applicable and be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made due to limited inventory.
