Villas can be completely private, set apart on their own land - they can also be private villas that can be contained in a purpose built site that is maintained by the developer or an independent Maintenance company. Either one may suit, but it always best to judge each one individually. Look at both options there may be projects that are appropriate for you when you had been previously looking for a completely private stand alone property.
